I don't know my StudentID, how can I find it?
If you applied to UTPB in the Fall of 2015, your studentid will be communicated to you via email from the Admissions department. If you did not receive this email, contact Admissions at 432-552-2605 for your StudentID.
If you have been enrolled at UTPB prior to the Fall 2015 semester, you can look up your StudentID using the lookup tool.
Is my FalconID the same as my Student ID?
No. Your student ID is a ten-digit number assigned to you at the time you apply. It is used for your official University records. Your FalconID is your username for logging into electronic resources like email or computers.
Jane Doe is a student at UTPB. Her student ID is 1234567890.
Using the convention(lastname) + (the underscore character) + (first letter of first name) + (last 5 digits of your student ID number).
Jane's Falcon ID would be doe_j67890.
I can't remember by password, what do I do?
Use the online password reset. Verify some key pieces of information, and a new password will be sent to you via email or text message.
Can I change my FalconID?
No. The standard format for a FalconID is (lastname) + (the underscore character) + (first letter of first name) + (last 5 digits of your student ID number)
What resources can I access with my FalconID?
It depends. Your access to electronic resources varies depending on your status. For instance, if you have applied but have not yet been accepted, you will only have access to view your application in the student portal.
