Is my FalconID the same as my Student ID?
Your student ID is a ten-digit number assigned to you at the time you apply. It is used for your official University records. Your FalconID is your username for logging into electronic resources like email or computers.
Jane Doe is a student at UTPB. Her student ID is 1234567890.
Using the convention(lastname) + (the underscore character) + (first letter of first name) + (last 5 digits of your student ID number).
Jane's Falcon ID would be doe_j67890.
I can't remember by password, what do I do?
Use the online password reset. Verify some key pieces of information, and a new password will be sent to you via email or text message.
Can I change my FalconID?
Usernames cannot be changed. The standard format for a FalconID is (lastname) + (the underscore character) + (first letter of first name) + (last 5 digits of your student ID number)
